AdGradr is operated by Click Makers LLC ("we", "us", "our"). This policy explains what data we collect when you use AdGradr at adgradr.com and how we handle it. AdGradr connects to advertising platforms (including Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and Amazon Ads) to produce a free, read-only audit report for the advertiser who initiates it.

What we collect

Platform account information: When you sign in with a supported platform, we receive identifying profile information (typically your email address and name, and sometimes a profile identifier) from that platform. We use this to associate your audit with a contact email.

Google Ads data: We request read-only access to your Google Ads account data. This includes campaign settings, keyword data, ad creatives, conversion actions, and performance metrics. We never modify your Google Ads account.

LinkedIn Ads data: We request read-only access to your LinkedIn Campaign Manager account. This includes campaign settings, ad creatives, audience targeting metadata, and performance metrics. We never modify your LinkedIn Ads account.

Microsoft Advertising data: We request read-only access to your Microsoft Advertising account. This includes campaign settings, keyword data, ad creatives, and performance metrics. We never modify your Microsoft Advertising account.

Amazon Ads data: We request read-only access to your Amazon Advertising account. This includes campaigns, ad groups, keywords, product ads, targets, and performance metrics across Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display. We never modify your Amazon Ads account.

Questionnaire responses: If you fill out the optional questionnaire (industry, account goals, reason for the audit), we store those responses alongside your audit.

Audit results: We store the scored audit output, including check results, findings, and an AI-generated summary. We also store the raw advertising data used to generate the audit.

How we use your data

We use your data to generate your ad account audit report and to notify our team that a new audit has been completed. Your email may be used to follow up about the audit findings.

We do not sell, rent, or license your data to third parties. We do not use advertising account data from any platform for any purpose other than generating your audit and the services described in this policy.

Audit data may be used in aggregate (without identifying you or your business) to develop industry benchmarks and improve the tool.

Data sharing and disclosure

We share user data and advertising account data only with the following service providers, strictly for the purpose of generating your audit:

We do not share, transfer, sell, or disclose your advertising account data or profile information to any other third parties. We do not use this data for advertising, retargeting, or profiling purposes. We do not combine advertising account data from one platform with data from another platform to derive new insights beyond the individual audit.

Data protection

AI processing

Your audit data is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the executive summary in your report. This includes your account name, score, check findings, industry, and stated goals. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models.

Audit data is stored in a secure database hosted on Railway. We retain audit data indefinitely to support repeat audits and benchmarking. You can request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us at the address below; we will delete all audit data, raw advertising data, and associated profile information within 30 days of your request.
